You can enjoy lunch or dinner in an air-conditioned dining room with elegant Caribbean-style décor, or outdoors on the terrace under the carbet, cooled by the trade winds, with a stunning view of the Bay of Flamands.

Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. as an all-you-can-eat buffet generously stocked with pastries, breads, cereals, jams, eggs, ham, sausages, bacon, cheeses, and hot beverages.

Lunch is available from 12:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., buffet-style or à la carte (Monday to Friday).

Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The restaurant is closed for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
