Restaurant La Bananeraie

The chef has created a menu based on fresh, local produce, which changes according to the market. Dishes rich in flavours where the banana is present in all its forms: fried, in gratin, in mousseline, in velouté, in skewer, in purée, in dessert...and of course in the cocktails!

Green banana accras, banana parmentier with coconut milk, fillet of sea bream in a cassava crust, banana mousse with ginger and yellow banana tart remain best-sellers.
