La Paillote beach is the beach in the town of Saint-Pierre in Martinique. It is popular with the locals. Slightly stony, it is a meeting place for fishermen.
Its pontoon is the departure point for shuttles to destinations such as Guadeloupe, Saint Lucia, Dominica and Les Saintes. With Mount Pelée in the background and deep blue waters, this beach offers superb sunsets.
