The success of Pignon Nouvelle Vague unfolds in three acts.

Opposite the beachfront pontoon at Anse à l'Ane, with a direct view of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful bay of Fort de France. The setting is well-kept, with a smiling welcome in keeping with the natural surroundings.

A chef in the kitchen:
Eddy Bias grew up in the family kitchen and worked his way up in France before returning home to open his restaurant, now a fixture on the South Caribbean culinary scene. He offers a delicious cuisine that respects traditional flavours and local produce.

His cuisine is all about the sea:
While there are a few meat dishes on the menu, Eddy's cuisine is best known for its seafood specialities.

- Seafood ravioli with cream of shellfish - the best!
- Smoked marlin salad
- Grilled lobster
- Beef or fish burger of the moment with chips
- Coconut flan
- Roast pineapple with cinnamon and ginger and a scoop of ice cream
- Homemade pudding with salted butter caramel sauce

We recommend reserving its best-seller, the Délice de la Nouvelle Vague (for 2), a large platter of lobster, crayfish, lambis and grilled fish!

The cocktails are famous and can be enjoyed as an aperitif with a nice plate of accras.
