Ô Vin sur Vingt

Chef Guy Uldry shares with us his creative combinations and attention to detail. His cuisine is in the tradition of French cuisine: perfect cooking, hearty sauces, elegant dressings, to which he integrates local products, which gives a very successful mixed bistronomic orientation.

Every day, a new menu is available: 4 starters, 4 meat or fish courses and 4 desserts, which delights regular customers. Only three dishes never leave the menu: the Terrine of duck foie gras with rum and sweet potatoes, the chef's signature dish, the ever-popular Rib steak and the Gourmet Coffee. His "péché mignon" remains pastries, you are sure to find at least one chocolate dessert à la carte. For the rest, it depends on the market and his inspiration...

Ô Vin sur Vingt has a fine wine cellar with more than 70 small and great vintages - including an interesting selection of wines by the glass - and rums from all over the world. In this epicurean environment, a cigar cellar now stands next to the wines and rums.

The terrace and its lounge area also makes it possible to have a pleasant lunch outside and to come and have a cocktail or dinner on Friday evening!

For group, professional or private meals: dedicated room with a special menu established with the chef. The entire restaurant can be privatized and can accommodate up to 200 people for buffet, cocktail or dinner service.
