With Pol, the captain, every outing is an immersive experience. Whether you are a novice or an experienced sailor, you can hoist the sails, steer the boat, or enjoy the unique sensation of the foils that make the boat fly above the water. All this in a peaceful atmosphere, far from the crowds and noise.

Eco-tours
Depending on the weather, Pol charts different routes for each trip, favouring the wild and unspoilt coves of the north of the island. Between sailing trips, there's time for swimming, snorkelling or guided aquatic explorations to observe tropical fish, corals and turtles in their natural environment.
Each stopover is an opportunity to take the time to contemplate and reconnect with what is essential.

Lunch with Creole flavours
At midday, it's time for lunch prepared by Gaëlle. In keeping with the eco-friendly spirit that characterises them, she concocts fresh, healthy and colourful cuisine deeply rooted in Caribbean tradition: vegetables from permaculture in the northern Caribbean and fish caught locally in Case-Pilote or Bellefontaine.
Drinks, with or without alcohol, and snacks are included: here, conviviality is also at the table.
