Madinina Kayak Tripping

A great sportsman, Joby has two passions: kayaking (he accompanied the swimmers in the Tour de la Martinique in 2022 over 89 km in 17 stages) and mangroves.

He offers immersions in 4 of them:
- The Vauclin mangrove: several circuits are possible, from the Mallevault mangrove to Grand Macabou. You can swim along the coral reef and enjoy the white seabed.

- The Diamant beach, which turns pink at certain times of the year.

- Rivière Pilot, where you can swim up the river from the beach at Anse Figuier, or go to Pointe Borgnèse, a corner of paradise renowned for its seabed.
For the more experienced, you can cross the bay of Le Marin to Caritan beach in Sainte-Anne. This hike can be done with a guide, or on your own.

- The one from Cap Chevalier to Sainte-Anne as far as Baie des Anglais, with its protected islets and white seabed.

Joby will help you discover the unique sensory, visual and auditory characteristics of the flora and fauna (mangroves, birds such as kayalis and egrets, crabs, etc.). You'll enter cyclone holes and navigate in shallow water. Thanks to the immense knowledge of this enthusiast, you'll have an incredible time...

Before each departure, Joby will explain the best techniques for paddling. You'll sail at your own pace and without difficulty.

Practical info :
- Tours accompanied by joby range from half a day to a full day, only at weekends and during school holidays.
- On other days of the week, you can hire a kayak on your own, starting from the Anse Figuier beach.
- Kayaks range from solo to 4-seater (3 adults + 1 child).
- Groups of up to 15 people
- Waterproof canisters and life jackets are provided.
- What to bring: caps, water, snacks, cameras, etc.
