Jonathan, your host, warmly welcomes you and remains very attentive to your needs so that you can have an excellent stay. He is at your disposal to guide you on your discovery wishes.

He organizes a "welcome drink" with all the residents to get to know each other. It is also an opportunity to taste local specialities, but also to discover Caribbean traditions and culture, and why not speak Creole... As soon as possible he organizes small cooking workshops, in order to leave with some recipes.

The family size residence has 4 apartments F2 and 2 apartments F3. In 2018, all apartments, bathrooms and kitchens were renovated. For each home, its identity, a culture, a history translated into an image. A fresco on your terrace and one in your accommodation: Sainte-Anne / Diamant / Trois-Îlets / Fort De France / Saint-Pierre / Balata.

All apartments are fully equipped and have a private terrace.

Rates 2019 : F2 (from 60€ per night) - F3 (from 110€ per night)

Many facilities and services are available in the residence, a living space around the large swimming pool has been arranged to allow exchanges between residents. It is an ideal place for a stay with family, lovers or friends, in an exceptional, calm and relaxing environment.
