La Pâtisserie

Renowned for its sublime cakes, La Pâtisserie remains a reference in Martinique. The pastry chef Renaud Gouttenoire, with his background in starred restaurants and palaces, brings all his technique and inspiration to the elaboration of his delicacies. A generous epicurean, he likes to share and transmit his passion.

About fifteen great classics of fine French pastry and tempting variations are displayed every day in the window. This year, he presents Le Nénuphar (milk ganache and lemon candied pineapple). The Fantastique (creamy chocolate, red fruit heart, pistachio ganache) remains one of the house's best-sellers, as well as a variety of gourmet Verrines and always the variations of the Chou gourmet. At the end of the week, the offer is expanded with new creations.

At lunchtime, the range of savory snacks allows for a quick and balanced lunch: salads, soups, dishes in jars, sushi, poke bowls, Vietnamese Bo bun, quiches and wraps.

To be followed this year, there will be Chouquette Thursdays and theme days. There are also large cakes and entremets in 3 sizes, available immediately.
