La Mofwazerie

Company, Delicatessen, Local produce in Saint-Pierre
  • What is La Mofwazerie? It's a brand of jams, jellies, exotic candied fruits and flavoured salts that will tantalise your taste buds. They are produced by hand in Saint-Pierre in Martinique.

  • Local children, Laureen, who trained at PARM in fruit and vegetable processing, and Noémie, who specialised in management and communications, opened La Mofwazerie in 2022.

They share the same philosophy: to create products from Martinique's terroir that combine flavour and respect for the environment.

The ripe fruit is carefully selected. They come from local producers who favour pesticide-free cultivation. The spices and herbs are also grown locally. Their production method avoids waste....
