Two passionate women, one shared love of flavour
La Mofwazerie was founded in 2022 by two local women:
• Laureen, trained at PARM in fruit and vegetable processing,
• Noémie, specialising in management and communication.
Together, they form a formidable duo. They share the same philosophy: to offer authentic products from Martinique, combining excellent taste with respect for the environment.
Carefully selected local ingredients
The fruit used is harvested at peak ripeness from local producers who favour pesticide-free cultivation. The spices, herbs and seasonings are also sourced locally. Each recipe showcases the fruit, avoids waste and respects traditional cooking methods in order to preserve the aromas and natural richness of the flavours.
