Starting point: Lorrain Stadium
Access: From the centre, take the N1, cross the village of Lorrain. Stop at the stadium.
The hike is along a path that is the right-of-way of an old railway line, of which there are still some remains. -
On the N1, cross the small bridge and take the small road to the right along the river. Stay to the right and continue towards the sea. The track starts below a small housing estate and winds through a small meadow before rising to a height.
Continue on the path along the cliff. From time to time, the trail passes by the edge of banana plantations. Always take the path that goes to the right. At times, we can see the remains of sugar production activity, the most visible of which are the...On the N1, cross the small bridge and take the small road to the right along the river. At times, we can see the remains of sugar production activity, the most visible of which are the viaduct that once supported a railway line (1) and an imposing stone structure that can be seen at the end of the trail at the seaside (2).
The walk ends at the Vivé reception area, after crossing the estuary of the Red River. If it is impossible to cross the river, you can go up and turn right on the path that goes through the banana plantation and leads back to the road.
