Thai cuisine at Case 31 is renowned for its blend of flavours and fresh ingredients. The menu features dishes emblematic of the "land of smiles", including
- Dim Sum: basket of steamed bites
- Grande Assiette Découverte Thaï to share (egg rolls, chicken kebabs, spring rolls, dim sum, canapés)
- Thai curry (Green curry, aubergines, coconut milk, rice flavoured with prawns or chicken / Red beef curry, coconut milk, flavoured rice, peppers, kumbava and Thai basil)
- Pad Thaï (Fried noodles with prawns or chicken)
- Khao Thaï (Fried rice with prawns or chicken)
On the sweet side, Case 31's signature dessert is the giant éclair, caramel beurre salé.
Matured meat:
La Case 31 is unique in Martinique in that it offers matured meats on its menu. Matured meat is considered a superior choice in gastronomy. It is sought after by connoisseurs for its unique taste properties. Increased tenderness - Flavour - Rich aromas.
You can choose from 250g to 300g pieces of beef for one person, such as the Argentinian entrecote heart, the Black Angus chuck flap or beef ribs (Hereford - Montbéliard - Black Pearl), Angus Picanha to share for 2 or 4 people weighing 1.5 kg.
What exactly is matured meat? Matured meat is the process of ageing raw meat in a maturing cellar, allowing the meat to mature for a period ranging from several weeks to several months. During ageing, the meat develops a unique concentration of flavours and a firmer texture.
