Starting point: Welcome area of the Pointe Rouge forest.
Access: RN1 then D2. -
Go on the path to the left of the interpretation sign and go straight down to Pointe Rouge beach. Go to the right to follow the seaside and take the path that climbs up the cliff at the end of the beach under a large kapok (1).
The track goes down and up again to reach a first intersection. Continue straight ahead, do not go down to the beach but at the next fork (2), turn left onto the path that goes down into an undergrowth and leads to the beach of Pointe à Bibi.
At the end of the beach...Go on the path to the left of the interpretation sign and go straight down to Pointe Rouge beach. Go to the right to follow the seaside and take the path that climbs up the cliff at the end of the beach under a large kapok (1).
The track goes down and up again to reach a first intersection. Continue straight ahead, do not go down to the beach but at the next fork (2), turn left onto the path that goes down into an undergrowth and leads to the beach of Pointe à Bibi.
At the end of the beach begins the path that leads up to the Pointe à Bibi residence (3).
At road level, stay behind the fence, pass in front of the interpretation panel and follow the trail back into the forest. A little further on, you will arrive at a crossroads. Turn right on a long hill. Then the path goes down again. At the bottom of the hill, on the left, there is a pond that makes the birds happy (4).
Keep going down, but don't miss the path that goes to the left at the next fork. Proceed to return to the Pointe Rouge Forest reception area.
