Restaurant, Creole cuisine, World cuisine, French food in Fort-de-France
  • A moment of pleasure where the refinement of the cuisine is in harmony with the setting.

  • Time to eat!
In Fort-de-France on the former Schœlcher road, a beautifully restored Creole house has been home to one of our finest restaurants for the past 5 years. A refined setting combining the charm of the past with the modernity of the layouts and colours chosen. Every detail is taken care of, from the crockery to the furniture. As in a house, each space - air-conditioned - has a different atmosphere and favours a moment of intimacy. You can also have lunch or dinner on the terrace,...
    Time to eat!
You can also have lunch or dinner on the terrace, in the shade of the gallery.

The crossing entrance opens onto the counter and the kitchen where you can watch the chef at work.
There is no excessively large menu, he suggests every day a limited offer on the slate: 3 starters, 2 main courses and 3 desserts. A choice that is taken for granted because here the excellence of the product is essential. The Fish Tartar, his flagship dish, is exquisite. The welcome and service are equal to the dishes served, pleasant, warm and professional.

    In the kitchen
Chef Vincent Alivon sees cooking as a demanding passion, entirely dedicated to the enhancement of the product, always excellent. Origins, traceability, quality: the choice of raw materials is his strength! His beef is of Limousin breed "blason Prestige", the veal "red label", the duck breast from French farm and fish from eco-friendly fishing.

    To be continued this year...
Kay Ali's ambition for this year is to maintain its high quality standards while expanding its menu. The chef is working on new recipes around Black Tiger shrimps and foie gras. We like to come and have lunch in this soothing place where everything is beautiful and good. From Thursday, the restaurant is also open in the evening, it's the perfect place for a romantic dinner!
