The Céron islet is an islet of Anse Céron which gave it its name. It's an ecosystem curiosity. It is a type of islet that is not very widespread and is subject to monitoring and protection by the Coastal Conservatory.

The Céron islet is a sediment bank. It has an oblong shape and only rises 2 to 5 metres above sea level. Composed mainly of biogenic mud and sand, it extends over less than 3 hectares. It is accessible by sea. The vegetation is mainly made up of mangroves,
red and black mangroves. As for fauna, we find Anoli, krab cé ma faute, krab tè crabs, mantou. The square-tailed turtle-dove is the most common bird.
