On the sweet side, the Lauzea brothers' fruit jellies with a taste of the West Indies are helping to restore this traditional confectionery to its former glory. With just the right balance of fruit and sugar, the flavours and cocktails come mainly from the Creole orchard: passion fruit, peyi apricot, pineapple, banana, coconut, ginger, guava, peyi redcurrants, letchi, tangerine, mango, soursop, mojito, piña colada, planter, shrubb...
Whether as a gift or a treat, they will be packaged in elegant boxes or gourmet squares of up to 24 pieces.
These boundless creators have also created liqueurs based on AOC agricultural rum: the incomparable Shrubb, star of the Christmas festivities, and Liqao, a cocoa liqueur created from a 100% local blend of rum and cocoa beans from Martinique.
