The forest of Vatable is located at the entrance of Trois-Ilets, it has a rich vegetation.
It is mainly composed of teak, mahogany, Caribbean pine and many other species. This forest is perfect for a peaceful stroll and a picnic with family or friends. There are many kiosks equipped with benches and tables as well as an amphitheatre which offers a magnificent view over Fort-de-France and the coast.
