Fleur de Canne – Artisanal ice cream with Caribbean flavours

At Pointe du Bout, Fleur de Canne treats lovers of frozen treats to artisanal ice creams and sorbets with Caribbean flavours.
Here, the flavours smell of sunshine and freshly picked fruit. Juicy mango, tangy passion fruit, creamy coconut, fragrant guava... Each spoonful explodes in your mouth, evoking the colours and scents of Martinique.
Among the must-haves, Kaz à Vanille vanilla, intense and delicately fragrant, is one of the house's signature flavours. Authentic vanilla, carefully crafted to reveal its full aromatic richness.

It is handmade on site using carefully selected ingredients. Every day, a new flavour may be created, depending on the inspiration of the ice cream chef and the treasures found at local markets.

A fleeting creation to discover, taste... and sometimes eagerly await.

The sorbets are fresh, fruity and light; the ice creams are generous, creamy and melt-in-the-mouth. Enjoy them in a crispy cone or pot, in the shade of a palm tree or on the terrace, letting the flavours slowly melt away... until you lick your fingers.

A refreshing and authentic gourmet break to enjoy on the spot or take away, in the heart of Pointe du Bout.

Tip: when you visit the shop, mention that you came on the recommendation of Martinique Tour... We'll let you discover the other little gourmet gems for yourself !
