Excellence Glaces, at Le Lamentin in Martinique, is the place to go for lovers of exceptional ice creams and sorbets.
Pascal Féval, one of the few master ice-cream makers in the Caribbean, delights us with his creations that combine French know-how and exotic flavours.

For2008, Excellence Glaces has been sublimating products to the delight of gourmets and chefs in the Caribbean. With over 60 original flavours, every moment is an invitation to travel: Mango, cinnamon, coconut, ginger, manioc, pineapple, Iris-Shrubb chocolate, vanilla, peyi apricot, guava and Cytherean plum.
You can enjoy them in small pots or order them in tubs of up to 2.5 litres.

A creator without limits, Pascal Féval goes beyond sticks and small pots to delight us with his frozen desserts and pastry logs, like the best-sellers that have made his reputation: the Flamme, the Symbiose, the Fusionnelle, the Aphrodite, the Voluptueuse, or his frozen logs, perfect for your festive moments. Each creation is a delight to be shared without moderation!
