More than 60 flavours of ice creams and sorbets are made and manufactured in the laboratory-boutique of the Master ice-cream maker in his shop in Lamentin and available in different capacities, in home-made cones (they are made on the spot at the airport), but also in 12 ml, 500 ml, 2,5 L pots or tubs.

Excellence Glaces also offers a range of Frozen Pastries and Entremets. Among the best-sellers are original creations: the Flamme, the Kassandra, the Gâteau glacé and for the end of year celebrations the Bûches sur croustillant or génoise.

Pascal Féval, has been delighting gourmets for more than 26 years with his artisanal ice creams. We love it! Trained by the MOF Jean-Claude David, he masters the French techniques and know-how, which he combines with the flavours of his region and the world. Chefs are not mistaken: many of them include his ice creams on the menu of their establishment.
