Distillerie J.M. rums

The tasting session allows you to better appreciate the differences between the vintages, aromas, ageing processes and styles of rum produced by the distillery. It is a complementary part of the estate tour, particularly appreciated by connoisseurs and curious visitors alike. J.M. rums are made from sugarcane grown on the estate’s land, in a volcanic environment that contributes to their character. Several vintages have won awards at agricultural competitions and specialist trade fairs.
