You will meet Charles Ménage, nicknamed Charles Pottery, in his large workshop halfway between Petit-Bourg and Rivière-Pilote.
Trained by Paul Jeannot, a well-known name in the world of Martinique potters, Charles continued to perfect his skills in France, at the Centre National d'Initiation et de Formation aux Métiers de la Poterie. Charles is a potter-ceramist. He has been turning, forming and shaping clay since 1993.

His style, his creativity and sometimes the exuberance of his pieces are outstanding (tableware, lighting, decorative objects, jars...)

It is one of the few workshops, a real Ali Baba's cave, to offer such a wide range of terracotta, earthenware and stoneware. When glazed, his pieces reveal their beauty thanks to the choice of glazes he uses. They are just beautiful.

Charles makes the object you want, whether you are a private individual or a professional (ideal for a restaurant that wants to stand out) in a single piece or in several copies.

Would you like to try? Charles gives courses and initiations on the potter's wheel from 12 years old or in modelling from 4 years old.

Always smiling and in a good mood, he will welcome you as friends... A workshop like no other to discover!
