The Bonjour Saïgon restaurant, located in the Long Pré district of Lamentin, is a culinary destination not to be missed by lovers of Vietnamese cuisine.
Here, we offer you an authentic gourmet getaway, a little piece of "Hô Chi Minh-Ville" (formerly Saïgon) right in the heart of Martinique.

Each dish is carefully prepared by Chef Mai. Her cooking, influenced by her grandmother and father, is characterised by minimal use of fat and generous use of spices and herbs, making her dishes deliciously fragrant.

Diners can enjoy the restaurant's specialities, either wok-cooked or grilled. The house assortment is a bestseller, offering a range of flavours: egg rolls, spring rolls, crispy sesame prawns, lobster ravioli and samoussa. You'll also find their famous Bo Bun, fragrant Pho, and the lesser-known Banh Cuon (translucent pancakes with pork and black mushrooms). Vegetarian dishes based on tofu with lemongrass and curry are also available, such as egg rolls and vegetarian spring rolls.

For those who prefer to enjoy these delicacies at home, Bonjour Saïgon also offers a takeaway service. Orders can be placed by phone from 9am and collected from 11am.
