- Bòdlanmè Restaurant:
Facing the Baie des Flamands and the Pitons du Carbet, sit down by the beach. The restaurant is open all day. A la carte or buffet-style, the chef invites you to discover specialities from the West Indies and around the world, with an emphasis on seafood: cod accras, grilled prawns, fisherman's salad, grilled snapper and the inevitable fresh lobster from the fishpond (from September to February). Meat dishes include goat colombo, duck breast and chicken fricassee.
- If you're feeling romantic, book a dinner on the beach or by the pool and a floating breakfast on request.
Breakfast: 7am to 9.30am - Lunch and dinner from 12pm to 10pm with continuous service - Buffet dinner 7pm to 10pm

- Le "Karayib" restaurant between the beach and the pool. You can enjoy a quick lunch in the shade of the pergola, on the large terrace or with your feet in the sand. Order: kebabs, burgers, large salads or daily specials. Open from 11am to 5pm. In July and August, Le Karayib hosts themed musical evenings.

- Restaurant "O'deck" reserved exclusively for guests staying at "Culture Créole". Breakfast: 7am to 9.30am - Dinner à la carte or buffet - 7pm to 10pm

- The "Barik Bar" By the hotel's superb swimming pool, a real meeting point where you can share your finger food with friends. 11am to 11pm

- The "Marian Tèt Fé" bar in the Bodlanmè restaurant. A menu of original cocktails and a selection of exceptional rums. 10am to 11pm
