Bière BAM - Petite Brasserie Martiniquaise

Today, it produces 4 types of beer and a lemonade:

- BAM" is an unfiltered, unpasteurised PALE ALE. It is made from 3 different malts, 2 hops and 1 yeast with top fermentation. It has fine bubbles, a lovely head and a pretty sunset orange colour. On the nose, it smells of blackcurrant syrup and on the palate, exotic fruity notes with a slight bitterness. A great beer for tasting but also for thirst quenching. Gold medal at the Concours Agricole de Paris 2022.

- BAM MINETTE" is a WHITE beer, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It is made from 2 malts, 2 hops, local organic lemongrass and 1 yeast, with top fermentation. It has fine bubbles, a pretty white head and a pretty sunny yellow colour. On the nose and palate, floral notes and lemongrass, it is very lightly bitter and very thirst-quenching.

- BAM MWEN" is a LAGER-type beer, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It is made from 1 malt, 1 hop and 1 yeast with a low fermentation. It has fine bubbles, a pretty white head and an attractive light yellow colour. On the nose and palate, it has citrus lime notes and a very good bitterness that makes it very thirst-quenching.


- BAM MOUSSE is an IPA-type lager. It is made from 3 different malts, 2 hops and top fermented. It has fine bubbles and a pretty white head. On the nose, an exotic fruity aroma (mango, peach and lychee) and on the palate, flavours of citrus fruit and grapefruit. Bronze medal at the Concours Agricole de Paris 2022.

- BAL" is a 100% natural cane sugar and lime lemonade from Martinique.

The brewery is open to visitors by appointment, so you can find out about the different processes involved in making craft beer. The brewery also organises musical aperitif evenings.

The beers are distributed in supermarkets, delicatessens, restaurants, petrol stations, etc. You can also buy them at the brewery from 8am to 5pm.
