Bénédicte Chocolats, the perfect blend of indulgence and Martinican craftsmanship.

You'll find Bénédicte's chocolates and her workshop in the Monde des Épices boutique, just 2 minutes from Le Lamentin airport in Martinique.

After studying finance, Bénédicte decided to follow her passion: chocolate. It was during a trip to Peru that she discovered the secrets of processing cocoa beans and the methods of shaping them, which led her to train as a Chocolatier-Confiseur in Paris. With her diploma in hand, she opened her boutique and artisanal production laboratory.

Bénédicte has created several ranges:
- Bonbons de Chocolat’. Handmade from couverture chocolate, the flavours in this range are inspired by a wide variety of dried fruits, caramels and ganaches, with or without alcohol.
- The ‘Bean to Bar’ range, made from Martinique cocoa beans with exceptional flavours. More refined, these chocolates reveal a palette of intense flavours, inviting you to sample them for yourself.
Bénédicte chocolates are presented in pretty boxes of 6 or 12 pieces - you can make up your own assortments.

- Workshops: Bénédicte also organises immersive 2-hour workshops, for groups of 4 or 5 people, where participants can make 2 chocolate bars filled with the flavour of their choice. These workshops are advertised on the Martinique Tour website diary (booking required).

- In her boutique at Monde des Épices in Lamentin, and in several other outlets in Martinique: Au Millésime in Le Marin, Cave Nicolas at CC Le Rond-Point in Fort-de-France, Distillerie de la Baie des Trésors in Trinité, and Cap Créole in Le Lamentin and Les Trois Îlets.
