Beauvallon Plantation

Park and garden, Botanical gardens, Ornamental garden in Le Morne-Rouge
  • La Plantation Beauvallon is a lovely estate in Morne Rouge overlooking Montagne Pelée, run by Frantz Louis-Thérese: a 7-hectare park with flowers of alpinias in every colour, porcelain roses, tropical flowers, vanilla and cocoa. A must-see!

  • A trail through untouched nature, in the heart of the tropical forest, allows you to discover different varieties of plants, trees, fruit trees, vanilla trees, cocoa trees, vegetables and flowers.

A pleasure garden accompanies the Beauvallon tropical plant and flower production estate. It is made up of two areas with very different atmospheres, determined by the uneven topography of the site.

The first is an undergrowth of porcelain roses, under the shade of which you can walk down to the stream that runs at the bottom of a slightly steep slope.
The second takes up its position on a flat area that you can discover at the end of this walk: red cordylines, hibiscus in a variety of colours, both single and double, and other flowering plants set against a backdrop of pink and red alpinias.

At the end of the walk, you can share your impressions with your hosts and buy flowers and vanilla pods.

A place like no other. When you visit, please mention that you are coming on behalf of Martinique Tour.
