Their values: Ethical origin of fruit and vegetables
Supporting Martinique's agriculture and contributing to its development is at the heart of their approach. Mahault favours short distribution channels when choosing its fruit and vegetables, which come from local, mainly organic, farming.

Today, the Atelier Fruité is a place bursting with inspiration and creativity. As part of an eco-responsible approach, every stage of the process, from picking to packaging, is carried out by hand, with respect for the environment.

Thanks to the low-temperature drying technique, the fruit and vegetables in the fruit workshop retain their softness, fibre and most of their nutrients, while being dehydrated of almost all their water.
