Arhum Glacé

Aurélien, of Italian origin, has been working for 20 years. Audrey, a native of the town, knows the flavors and tastes of her island home inside out... The mixture of the two results in the creams, sorbets and ice cream cakes that you will find in their shop window.

The tastes are frank and assertive, the textures unctuous, the colors attractive, nothing is missing. In the mouth, it is an invitation to a journey of flavors and judging by the customers' enthusiasm, we are not the only fans.

The most popular flavors are those dedicated to the region and those that remind us of childhood: mango, plum of Kythera, coconut, cookies, cinnamon, caramel-salt flower...
The flavors change regularly according to the inspiration of the ice cream maker and the season.

In addition to ice cream in cones, small pots or in buckets, milkshakes and crepes, Audrey and Aurélien make ice cream cakes in individual portions or in large cakes (from 4 people). Like little jewels, they are carefully displayed in the window. You can order your ice cream desserts made according to your expectations (number cakes, gluten free, lactose free)

Small homemade sweets are also displayed (such as small meringues with acidulous colors or nougat) as well as a variety of cookies.
