The restaurant's menu focuses on Creole specialities, mainly based on seafood and prepared using traditional methods.
Highlights include titiris accras or nems, grilled catrou souskaï, crayfish fricassee, roucou-grilled lobster, fisherman's marmite, fisherman's grill and seafood grill mix. As for desserts, the best-sellers are the sweet potato moelleux, the coconut or chocolate blancmange, and the coconut flan.
After the meal, guests are invited to try a local liqueur or a house-arranged rum, particularly the ginger one.
