Rose Bay (Boat rental without licence)

Captain on board, you'll set off for a day in the bay of Le François or Le Robert, discovering the islets and the white seabed as you go.

You'll board a Cap Camarat 3.70 equipped with all the safety equipment you need for sailing, a sun cover, music, a cool box and a bathing ladder. The boat is easy to use, and David will take the time to explain everything to you before you set off.

He'll give you a GPS, indicating the predefined route of your navigation. Departure is at 9am and return at 4pm. If you encounter any difficulties, don't worry, just contact David, who is never far away.

Two recommended itineraries:
ROBERT route: starting from Pointe la Rose sud, you will follow the mangrove towards îlet Madame, îlet la Grotte and îlet Chancel. On these islets you can discover
- a protected reserve of endemic iguanas living in their natural environment
- the remains of an old sugar mill
- an impressive cursed fig tree
- Trapèze beach with its magnificent white seabed
- You can have lunch on îlet Madame, which has picnic areas.

FRANÇOIS route: leaving from Pointe la Rose sud, you will follow the coastline and its mangrove swamps towards the famous and much sought-after Oscar islet, Thierry islet and Joséphine's bathtub. You can moor at Thierry islet for lunch and enjoy the shallow waters of the white seabed.
