In the four cellars - Homère Clément (1946), Charles Clément (1996), Georges-Louis Clément (1999) and Jean-José Clément (2006) - you'll be transported into a world where tradition and modernity blend harmoniously. These cellars house over two million litres of rum, patiently matured in oak barrels, capturing unique aromas and flavours over the years.

A true testament to the passing of time, the cellars are the beating heart of Habitation Clément. From the distillation of pure cane juice to the slow maturation in oak barrels, each stage is orchestrated with precision. Today, the old distillery is home to a rum interpretation trail, and the facilities have been carefully restored, preserving the estate's history and industrial heritage, offering visitors a plunge into this spellbinding world.
