Plage de l'Anse Céron

Anse Céron, located at the end of the North Caribbean road, offers direct access to a splendid black sand beach, equipped with tables, showers, toilets and barbecues (although it is advisable to bring your own grill).
Shaded by coconut and grape trees, it's ideal for a relaxing day out. From the beach, the view extends to Îlet de la Perle and, on a clear day, the island of Dominica.
The sea, generally clear, can be rough due to the swell. With sea depths increasing rapidly, supervision of children is essential. Snorkellers will be delighted, especially near the rocks on the right. It is sometimes possible to spot dolphins from the beach or, in December, to observe whales on their migration.
