Chef Yanic Malidor, accompanied by her partner chef Joceline, concocts generous, flavoursome dishes simmered with passion. Each recipe is a reference to Creole flavours, highlighting local produce while adding a contemporary touch. Among the restaurant's unmissable specialities, you can sample :
