Trois Rivières distillery - Rum factory

Founded around 1660, the Trois Rivières plantation is one oldest the Martinique Distillery. Its 700 hectares of sugar cane cradled by the trade winds, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, give its rums their fresh, elegant and fruity profile. Guided tours allow you to discover the traditional methods of making Trois-Rivières agricultural rums, from the cutting of the cane to the ageing process. You will also discover an immersive animation in the heart of a cellar, a real show and moment of wonder. In the Moulin's shop, the prestigious vintages of Trois Rivières rub shoulders with the original vintages of special series. In the park, several shops, some of which are housed in huge tuns, will help you discover local crafts. Its Cellar Master : Since 1991, Daniel Baudin, Cellar Master, puts his know-how, his rigour, his nose and his creativity at the service of the rums of the south of Martinique: Maison La Mauny and Trois-Rivières. His career and know-how were rewarded during the International Rum Conference (IRC) in Miami on September 26, 2019: he was elected best rum cellar master in the world!
