The Saint-James Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries still in operation in Martinique, invites you to discover the world of agricultural rum.
You'll discover the Rum Museum, the House of Distillation and its Cellar of Vintages, shops, workshops and a tour of the distillery. You'll experience the history of rum, discover unique distillation pieces and stroll through a plantation steeped in history.

A guided tour of the distillery is available during the cane season (February to June).
Accompanied by a guide, you'll enter the heart of one of the island's last ‘smoking’ distilleries. You'll follow every stage of production: from the arrival of the sugar cane to its crushing, via the fermentation vats, steam mills, distillation columns and ageing cellars. This immersive tour takes you deep into the art of AOC rum making.
Guided tours are available from Monday to Friday at 10am and 11.30am, and are open to people over 12 years of age. There is a charge of €5 per person for tours at 2024.

At the boutique, savour the best vintages of Saint-James rums, which perpetuate authentic artisanal know-how.
