Chef Rudy Réclair likes to use raw produce to infinity and work with fish and seafood. With his second Sandjy Réyal, his cooking is creative. It sublimates flavours from here and elsewhere.

It is possible to come for breakfast or to take advantage of the "Relaxation Day" (7.30am-5pm) which includes breakfast, lunch and a wellness afternoon by the pool. You can also come for a cocktail in the bar on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm and on Saturday and Sunday for lunch.

In addition to the hotel and restaurant, the site is ideal for all your receptions. In close symbiosis with your wishes, the team transforms the place as in your dreams for your wedding receptions, christenings, birthdays and professional seminars. Service available for up to 110 people, classic plated service or cocktail buffet dinner. (see section "Where to sleep").
