  • At the beginning of 2020, he opened his workshop-boutique "LES CHOCOLATS DE BALATA" in the Poterie des Trois-Ilets village. As soon as you enter, you will be overcome by the warm atmosphere of chocolate and biscuit fragrances, those that exhale a rich perfume, which excite the taste buds and make you salivate.

    The workshop-boutique is divided into several areas:
    - A tasting shop area
    - A manufacturing and creative workshop, where you will see the artisan chocolate maker and his team at...

    The workshop-boutique is divided into several areas:
    - A tasting shop area
    - A manufacturing and creative workshop, where you will see the artisan chocolate maker and his team at work.
    - A discovery, production and entertainment area open to all. You will be introduced to the secret of molding (you will leave with your creations: € 4 for 100 g)… The chocolatier will introduce you to the different varieties of cocoa, their character, their aromatic notes and will introduce you to the pleasure of tasting. (Make sure you have initiation days)

    In couple, with family, friends or alone, discover and share chocolates. Combinations of tastes, textures and flavours that will arouse delicacy, pleasure and sensations inside of you.

    - The Chocolate Candies, both crunchy and melting at the same time, will take you away in a subtle balance between flavours and textures: Mango/Ginger - Passion - Shrubb - Red fruit tea - Coconut Liqueur - "local plant" brandy - Rum/Coffee - Hazelnut - Coffee - Nougatine - Ti punch
    - Barrels in 8-piece strips: Chocolate / Old Rum La Favorite
    - The bars and barrels: Chocolate/Saint-James XO Rum - Chocolate/Rum ganache
    - The chocolate bars : Caramel/Peanut - Dark chocolate 72% - Milk chocolate
    - Chocolate palets : Chocolate/Ginger - Chocolate/Caribbean pepper - Chocolate/Coconut - Chocolate/Almond - 100% Martinique beans
    - The almond tiles: White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and 72% Dark Chocolate
    - The truffles : Old rum /vanilla
    - The rocks: Chocolate/caramel, Chocolate/peanut
    - Shortbread biscuits : Vanilla - Coconut - Cassava /Plantain banana, Cassava /Sweet potato

    For amateurs and connoisseurs alike, Nicolas Bel has created his range of artisanal macaroons, made in his workshop! With their smooth, shiny surface, slightly crunchy rind and melt-in-the-mouth interior,, Nicolas's macaroons are a real treat for all delicacy lovers. Whether they are sweet, tart, creamy fruity, unctuous, sparkling, exhilarating, surprising, at the first bite you will fall into a blissful state of ecstasy. The risk is becoming addictive!
